30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us at freshdropsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at freshdropsofficial@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
